Questions
Do I need a developer or web designer?
No. Your online store is created from the products you enter in the POS. You change its banners, colors and texts yourself from the dashboard.
What happens when the internet goes down?
The register can be installed on your computer and keeps working offline. Sales made during the outage are sent to your account when the connection is back.
I already have hundreds of products. Do I have to type them again?
No. Import your product list from a spreadsheet, including SKUs, barcodes, prices and stock. Your first 100 products can also be entered by our team for free.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your store runs on your own domain, with your logo and colors.
Can you add a feature my shop needs?
Tell us. If it helps many shops, we add it to the product for everyone. If it’s specific to your business and urgent, we can build it as a paid priority request.
What if I cancel?
You get a full export of your products, stock, customers and orders within 7 days. AlgoSync itself is a subscription service, so the software stays with us.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start on the plan that fits today and move up when you add registers, products or staff.
